WELCOME TO NAERIE
In Naerie, everyone's got an agenda...
Living Greyhawk is the largest, most popular shared-world Dungeons and Dragons campaign in the history of gaming. Run under the auspices of the RPGA,
the campaign offers gamers around the world the chance to contribute to the developing history of Oerth by taking part in scenarios played at conventions, game days, or in the comfort of home. If you would like to know more visit the Living Greyhawk site. The Principality of Naerie is the home region for Scandinavia in Living Greyhawk campaign. It is part of Splintered Suns meta-region along with Principality of Innspa (Austria/Germany), Bone March (Greece), Dullstrand (Switzerland), Lordship of the Isles (Spain), Onnwal (UK/Ireland), Sea Barons (Italy) & Sunndi (Benelux).
Living Greyhawk is ending officially but this site will stay online for all those who are interested in running home games in the area. Likewise, we just might continue putting out adventures for everyone to play in 2009 when Living Greyhawk adventurers retire.
Of course, some did not welcome the Ahlissans as liberators, thinking of them rather as invaders. They formed an insurgency called the Idee Volunteers. Meanwhile, Prince Barzhaan of Naerie, the ruler appointed by Overking Xavener, strengthens his hold on the Principality. Ahlissan troops keep a close watch on the southern border for any renewed Brotherhood threat. Trade prospers under the influence of the Royal Guild of Merchants of Aerdy, and old Ideean fortresses are rebuilt. On the orders of Overking Xavener, a new fleet of ships is being built in Naerie to ward the seas and increase trade and ties with nations opposing the Scarlet Sign. As the fleet grows in size, so does Ahlissa’s presence on the Azure Sea. Should push come to a shove, Naerie will be the fist that the overking shall use to crush the Scarlet Brotherhood.
